      Staffing requirements and  initiating recruitment process

      Identify and manage training and development needs for employee

      Handling visa processing (for entry permit, visa, medical, insurance,  applying work permit, labour contract, emirates id and residence stamping) of newly recruited employees.

      Assisted and provided Admin/ HR support to Construction / Project Managers for whole project.

      Monitored and managed site Admin/HR duties for employee’s payments/over time, camp arrangement, catering, and transportation etc.

      Renewal of company license and certificates. Coordinating new/old vehicle registration and Mulkia Renewal.

      Supervising and monitoring Gate Passes for personnel and Vehicles.
