I am  Michael Esmael P. Sapalon. I have been practicing my profession as an IT, Administrative Customer Service and Records Personnel for (12) twelve years now. And for the past years, I became very proficient in computer related task and vast experience in clerical and administrative jobs.  Experience wise,  I can vouch that I have the qualifications to successfully fulfill your requirements for the job.


Aside from the above mentioned, the following  achievements are the highlights why I believed I am the right candidate for this job, viz:


-I had work experience in Provincial Government of Batangas, Philippines, Engineering Department, under  Administrative and Records Section with the position of  Administrative and IT Staff .

I am proficient and well trained to use Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel,  PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop CS5.  And Web browsing for research and data gathering for references. 

-I developed good customer relation and communication in attending clients need and inquiries while working in the Provincial Government as Admin / Receptionist and while working in Japan as Customer Service and Receptionist in several restaurants and clubs.

     -I have developed my skills on Management, Operations, Communication,

supervision, monitoring, filing, sales, preparation of communication letters, performance and accomplishment reports of the office.

     -I experienced in working into a certain factory in Japan as a quality control staff. In

line with my working experience in Japan I also work as a waiter, singer,  bar attendant, choreographer and production staff  in several restaurants and clubs.

      -I know I can bring a strong customer oriented strategy to your company for I

always had a good relationship with my past clients, employers, co-employees and customers.

-I was trained and was able to submit excellent, accurate and efficient reports under

pressure to keep up with deadlines and responsibilities.

-I am confident that I possess an excellent command in English language which is

very essential in communicating with future clients and colleagues.


With my experience, and if given a chance , I would like to undertake such opportunity to further develop and hone my skills I have acquired for the past 12 years of providing exceptional services in my work experience .
