WORK EXPERIENCE

BMJ Industries FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE) – Secretary (April 21, 2016 to Present)

o   Provide  secretarial  and  administrative  support  to  Human  Resources  Department,  CEO  and owner.

o   Developed and maintained key corporate documents (Dubai Courts, Banks-Lease-Sponsored Agreement, ETC) and employee’s record.

o   Applying Letter of Credit (LC) to the bank after receiving a Performa Invoice, Commercial Invoice and Bill of Lading.

o   Creating  Letter  like  (  No  Objection  letter  for  the  employees,  Salary  Certificate,  Letter  for  the Embassy, Letter to Custom and any related work to be done by HR).

o   Receiving a reports/Cash from the salesman day to day.

o   Inputting  cash,  credit  and  receipt  invoices  to  the  excel  sheets  for  inventory  and  outstanding payment of the customer.

o   Receiving calls from the client and sending certain salesman to take and give the orders.

o   Issuing  Cheques  for  the  payments  and  transferring  fund  from  bank  to  bank  and  make  a timetable for the Post Dated Cheques (PDC).

o   Produces information by formatting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.

o   Monitoring  the  date  end  of  the  Company’s  License,  Employees  Visa  and  Passport,  Insurance Card, Vehicle License, Emirates ID, Office and House Rents.

o   Answering telephone calls and Mails, communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.

o   Arrange and confirm appointments from clients and embassy.

o   Checking,  filling  and  preparing  breakdown  computations  of  Daily  Sales  Report  in  sequence  of date resulting to a well arranged document.

o   Issuing  Cheques  for  Payment  of  Stocks  of  Nike  Philippines,  Adidas,  Converse,  Birkenstocks, Jansport, Levi’s, Fitflop and Sanuk.

o   Checking the Sales Invoice and match it to the receiving report for accuracy.

o   Summarizes and submit accomplishment report to the President monthly.

o   Receiving a Purchased Order from the salesman to be approved by the Accounting Supervisor.

o    Making Quotation and preparing a Sales Invoice for the delivery of the product.

o   Updating  the  Account  Receivable  of  the  customer  of  Prifood,  Wrigley  and  Japan  Tobacco International.

o   Receiving of incoming stocks from the suppliers.
