Business Development/Client Manager                                   April 2017-Present

Front Line is a temp agency and I began here managing Industrial clients.  I sorted out existing issues and built relationships with existing and new clients.

I have since taken over the Health Care team and have become both the Business Developer/Account Manager and also an active team member.  This team deals with relief Personal Support Workers, Child Support Workers, RPN, etc for any businesses specializing in mental and developmental health issues in children and adults.  We support many of the city’s winter shelters as well as many well known other companies. 

We share the burden of the afterhours support and I work one evening per week and one weekend per month providing emergency services. 

As Business Developer I am responsible for cold calling businesses, sourcing the appropriate contact, meeting with said contact and providing them with information about Front Line and our services – as well as fees negotiations.
