  • Under Services, select ‘File a Labour Complaint’
  • Click Access Service
  • Fill in the application with the required details
  • Click Next
  • Submit the request

In the application form, fill in the following details such as the applicant’s Emirates ID number, valid email ID, mobile number, and company details along with the complaint details. This information is necessary for registering the labour complaint.

To access the service, there are other methods or channels including the Dubai Police website, Dubai Police App, Smart Police Stations (SPS), Call Center 901, General Department of Human Rights and Labour scan.

This service is available 24/7 in the SPS while the General Department of Human Rights is open from 7:30 am- 7:00 pm. The case of the Service office in Al Quoz Industrial is also similar with the availability of 7:30 am- 7:00 pm.

The main reasons to file the complaint are:

  • Dismissed without prior notice or unfairly

How to file a labour complaint in UAE?

In UAE, one could file labour complaints mainly through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation website (MOHRE).
